Returns
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at thedoughmouse@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we've confirmed your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please email us at thedoughmouse@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we'll resolve it immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as food preparation tools that have been used cannot be returned.
