Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
UK Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently focus on UK customers. If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at thedoughmouse@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays
